About the owner
Michele is the owner of Groomingdale's Mobile Pet Salon. She has always had a special place in her heart for dogs and a creative artistic skill!
​
Michele began learning the arts of grooming once she got her first dog at a young age, a Lhasa Apso named Bella who hated leaving the house and going to the groomer. It is very important to her that each dog she grooms is treated like her very own, and will be praised and comforted with positive reinforcement so your dog is always excited and never scared for a grooming!
She has volunteered countless hours at the Guide Dog Foundation in Smithtown, New York while attending college and training a future service dog for a visually impaired person.

Her hobbies and passions include dog nutrition, hiking with the four dogs of her own, softball, and cooking.
